DC-DC Chargers

A DC-DC charger charges one battery from another. A common use is charging a house battery while the engine runs.

The model name lists input voltage, output voltage and current. A 12/12-30 takes 12 V in and gives 12 V out at up to 30 A.

  • Isolated: the input and output are kept electrically separate.
  • Non-isolated: the input and output share a common negative.
  • Orion XS: a higher power option built for charging from a vehicle alternator.

Choose by input voltage, output voltage and the charge current your battery can take.
