Installation Quotes
Quoted prices include both installation labor and all standard components or materials required to complete the installation — such as wire, breakers, fuses, conduit, and mounting hardware.
Parts-only quotes include only the products specifically listed on the invoice and do not include installation materials or labor.
Quote Validity
Quotes are valid for 30 days from the issue date unless otherwise stated in writing. Pricing and availability of components are subject to change after that period.
Warranty
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, all equipment provided by Momentum Upfitters includes:
- 5-year parts warranty, and
- 1-year labor warranty.
Repairs performed outside the labor warranty period but within the parts warranty period are billed at a reduced labor rate of $65/hour.
Warranty repairs may be subject to a service/mileage fee based on distance from the Momentum Upfitters business location performing the service.
Warranty work may be performed at any Momentum Upfitters location.
The parts warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Failures caused by collision, fire, water intrusion, abuse, or other non-manufacturing causes are not covered.
Manufacturer warranties for Victron Energy and Epoch Batteries products apply directly through their respective manufacturers.
All other products and components are warrantied by Momentum Upfitters under the terms above.
In the event that the customer seeks warranty work, diagnostics are performed, and a non-warranty issue is determined to be the cause of the customer issue, a $100 diagnostic fee will be charged to the customer.
Warranty coverage applies only to products provided and purchased directly from Momentum Upfitters.
Momentum Upfitters does not warranty, guarantee, or install products supplied by the customer.
Customer-Supplied Equipment
Momentum Upfitters does not warranty or guarantee any parts, equipment, or components supplied by the customer.
If customer-supplied equipment fails or proves incompatible during installation, additional labor or diagnostic time may be billed at the standard hourly rate.
Momentum Upfitters is not responsible for performance, fitment, or damage arising from non-approved or customer-supplied equipment.
Deposit & Scheduling
Quotes totaling $1,500 or more (before tax), or any quote that includes a service/mileage fee, requires a 50% deposit due 21 calendar days prior to installation.
Once installation dates are confirmed:
- Rescheduling or modifying quotes may result in loss of the original installation slot and a return to the end of the scheduling queue.
- Momentum Upfitters will make every effort to accommodate changes, but immediate availability cannot be guaranteed.
If Momentum Upfitters must reschedule an installation for any reason other than weather after a deposit has been made, customers may request a full refund of the deposit.
Payment Terms
- Final payment is due upon completion of work, prior to vehicle pickup or delivery.

Accepted payment methods:
- Check
- Credit/debit card (2.5% processing fee applies)
- Wire transfer (only for payments over $800)
- Checks must be made payable to “Momentum Upfitters".
- Returned checks are subject to a $40 fee.
Jurisdiction & Venue
The Customer agrees that this transaction and any dispute arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the city, county, and state in which the Momentum Upfitters business location performing the installation is based, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within that same city, county, and state.
The Customer consents to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waives any objections regarding convenience or propriety of venue.
